From the first interaction to the last, I couldn't have been happier working with Paul and his team; the level of knowledge and customer care they possess is second to none. I was out of my comfort zone with quite a bit of the process (mortgage switcher) but I felt completely taken care of every step of the way. No question is too big or small and there was never an issue with availability for a quick chat or question.I highly recommend Progressive Financial Services as the absolute go-to, they make the entire process as easy as they can!

Andrew Moloney was instrumental in securing my mortgage as a first time buyer. He helped me along every step of the way. He was so kind & so so helpful. I only dealt briefly with Leah however she was also very pleasant to deal with. I have recommended Paul Boyle to family, friends, colleagues and strangers! He provides an extremely professional but personable service and he was always available to answer any questions and provided regular updates. Switching mortgages was not a painful experience and this was mainly down to Paul.Coming from a financial services background myself I can say he is thoroughly competent knowledgeable and extremely reliable but his background in underwriting makes a huge difference.His experience led to quicker decisions and less stress and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. I will definitely use him again.Progressive Financial Services and Paul in particular should be your first choice and from start to finish, he was a pleasure to deal with.

Denis from Progressive Financial Services was my brilliant mortgage broker/advisor earlier this year. From start to finish Denis made the whole process stress free. He was always professional, and always a step ahead of the game when dealing with financial institutions. Our mortgage was completed with no fuss and he was on call at all times to deal with any of our queries. Absolutely a 5 star service from Paul in getting my mortgage from the application process all the way through to drawing down the funds. He made the whole process as simple and easy as it could possibly be. Even when I was stressing, Paul never did, and guided me in an incredibly knowledgeable and confident manner. Paul was always at the end of the phone when I called and nothing was ever an issue .I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and have done to friends who are seeking a mortgage. It's fair to say I wouldn't be in my new home without Paul's help and guidance. Top Class.
